Serval Raises $75 Million at a $1 Billion Valuation

Serval has raised $75 million in a Series B funding round, bringing its valuation to $1 billion. The round was led by Sequoia, with participation from Redpoint, Meritech, First Round, General Catalyst, and Evantic.

Serval, headquartered in San Francisco, California, United States, was founded in 2024 by Jake Stauch and Alex McLeod. “We built Serval from the ground up to be a full enterprise ITSM with frictionless, AI-powered automation as our core differentiator.
